New ways to request support

1. You can now send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it This will automatically open a ticket, send you a confirmation (within a few minutes) and begin the process of tracking the ticket on my end. Most ticket requests are fulfilled within 12 hours. You can also send attachments to the email address and the ticket system will automatically log the attachments for me to download and use. This is helpful for the weekly bulletin changes.
2. You can also visit http://support.rosalesweb.com to create a ticket and once the ticket is opened you can add attachments to the ticket. This is helpful if they are large attachments that will be rejected by emails.
3. There is a support link from my website www.rosalesweb.com just click on support to add your ticket.
